I never got to hook my TV up to my pass I bought 2 10$ pass I never got to use they never told me I needed hot spot my phone plan don't allow hot spot so I never used the passes

On the receipt that you would have received, there should be a number that you can contact and if not you would need to go through the Xfinity Assistant for further assistance.-Richard
