Refund

I requested a refund on November 3. My ticket says it will be resolved in 3 business days. This is November 12th and it is still not in a my checking account. I have literally talked to 11 people about this. They all gave me different answers. I’m not typing them all out. My electric is going to be shut off tomorrow because my money has yet to be put in my account.  Numerous people have told me they have updated my ticket yet it has not changed since the day it was made. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau. This is beyond ridiculous. And I’m going to copy this whole paragraph because I tried to do this once before and when I hit submit the page somehow doesn’t work. Not surprised.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it
