refund
i wanted to make a payment arrangement for my bill to pay the past due amount on november 3 2025.On october 20 2025 I forgot to change the pay date to november 3 2025and now i am out 135.00 Iwas finally able to make the payment arrangement but was told i could not receive a refund to my debit card for the payment on october 20 2025

Thank you for reaching out to our team here. Normally the only refund option on an account would be if the balance goes into a negative amount. There is not an option to have a payment refunded if the account has a balance due showing.
