Refund
I just got a promotional offer for internet services that offered an iPad and I paid the necessary fees. I did not receive the iPad only to find out it was being delivered to an address from 4 years ago. I contacted customer service twice since and they both are still sending the iPad to the old address and my account has been charged $41.67 twice. I’ve been on hold waiting for a supervisor for 58 minutes. I want a full refund for both charges on my account today.
