Refund

I am sick and tired of contacting this company. I have called and requested my $55 refund multiple times and I gave my card number over the phone and was told the money would be in my account in 12 hours. It is not. The customer service has been terrible and I want to be done with your company. I will never be recommending you. I want my credit refund I was given to be out in my account and I do not want to speak to any of your agents again. I do not want the refund by mail. I want it directly into my account for all of the problems you have caused with my service.
