I am not able to connect my new phone, I use my old phone to get the pass. I’ve been trying to login for a week now, I will just like a refund.

Morgannt00 Thank you so much for your post for help with not being able to connect your new phone to your WiFi pass. Our wifi passes are supported by a specific team if you check out your pass purchase receipt at the bottom there is a direct number for you to reach out to if you need help with anything for your WIFI pass give them a call for more help!
