Refund

Purchased now pass at 9:43…it’s 11:21 and still haven’t been able to access it. Requesting a refund because you can’t speak to a human who understands anything you say.

I purchased the Now pass for the internet . I have not been able to access it since purchaser this morning. I contacted customer care who gave me a number that does not have any human interaction and suggested a website that’s not helpful. I would like to activate the Internet Now Pass on my Samsung tv

@user_iyrzac Just to be sure have you followed the activation steps here? Was the number you called from the email receipt confirming the purchase, which includes a dedicated customer service number you can call for assistance? Email receipts can also possibly arrive in your spam or junk folder. For help in real-time from an agent, please use chat for assistance. You can also use the Xfinity app to easily troubleshoot most service issues.

There was no telephone number listed in the receipt which I received in my regular inbox. The only way to converse is via chat which sends you to the virtual assistant. I find it odd how easy it is to make payment to corporations such as this but extremely difficult to receive assistance. This is a bit extreme for internet access. How do I request a refund?!?

@user_iyrzac NOW Internet is a prepaid service. Once you activate your NOW Internet service, refunds and prorations for service are not available. If you have not yet activated your service, you may be eligible for a refund. NOW Internet service may only be canceled for a refund before service activation and no later than
thirty (30) days after the date of original purchase. Service must be activated within sixty (60) days to avoid
account termination. NOW Internet service includes a Gateway at no additional charge. There will be no
refunds for any return of the Gateway. If you are eligible you will still need to contact the dedicated customer service number or use the chat for assistance.
