Refund

The initial process was me receiving a tent generation iPad tablet for $300 for 24 months.  The reason I returned the tablet because I could never get data on the tablet so the tablet got returned and 2 to 3 days. I had a police officer over here and they can do the report they received the tablet and sent the email and said functional damage and then they took $584 out of my account. .

Xfinity. Then they took out $53 at my account literally off my card and pay for a tablet that I don’t even have.

The CEO is stealing money from customers and not following policy then they refuse to give a customer their funds back just stealing money after their account.

Xfinity CEO is stealing people money out their accounts.   The tablet been returned and Xfinity still took funds out my account $53 and I don’t have the tablet.

Xfinity CEO and team took $584 out my account and the $69.84 and $53 and they have the tablet.  The biggest illegal scammers I ever seen in my life.
Then they say, functional damage… I’m glad that a police officer was over my house, when I sent the tablet off.
The office said, he will get on the stand on my behalf.
xfinity CO is malicious and plain view his whole entire staff. I would not stop until I point out how they are scheming with this policy. This is some scammers that the customers are dealing with now.

Kissa24 thank you for taking the time to reach out today. I can assure you that the last thing we want to provide the impression of is that we are out to take something from you. It sounds like you may be referring to your Xfinity Mobile service account and some recent billing charges, is that correct? I would like to gather more information from you to form a better picture of what exactly has taken place.
