Refund

I was told on April 18th that my bill was going to be credited for the full 171.00. On the 2nd the money was taken from me.

I have called and I was I will get my refund after it posted after May 4. I have been calling and no will give me my refund. 

This is fraud and I have been Disrespect my customer service respentativea.
