refund status

I rec'd an email on 6/6/23 stating that they were working on my refund.  I have not rec'd any further communication from them.  This has basically been going on since 6/3/23.  However, on 4/3/23 I requested that my service put on seasonal hold starting 5/16/23-10/13/23.  It was never done and I was automatically billed for the full amount.  I have spoken to at east 4 different people who promised that they would put this money back into my bank account.  I DO NOT WANT A CREDIT ON MY XFINITY ACCOUNT!!!  Please help me get my money back.
