Refund of unauthorized charges

To Whom It May Concern,

My name is [Edited: "Personal Information"] , and I am an Xfinity Mobile customer. I am writing to formally dispute an unauthorized charge of $325.60 that was taken from my account.

This payment was not authorized by me, and I did not approve any transaction in this amount. I am requesting an immediate investigation and a full refund of $325.60 back to my account.

Please be advised that , I will proceed with filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Communications Commission, as well as disputing the charge with my financial institution.

I expect confirmation that this issue is being addressed and a timeline for my refund.
