Refund not processing from Xfinity Mobile phone and can't reach a representative
I can't reach anyone at Xfinity Mobile and the chat client says "chat with an agent" and then nothing happens. How can I speak to someone at Xfinity about this? I was told a refund would be processed and it hasn't gone through and I need the Apple Care to be cancelled so I can get a new one. PLEASE HELP.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.

Hi! This issue wasn't resolved at all. Basically, Xfinity mailed a phone to me that was never delivered and was returned to the warehouse. Someone at your warehouse either stole the phone or failed to properly scan it back in. I have been charged $300+ and counting. When I try to call I can't get a person -- same on the chat. On your support chat, they send me a code that I need to give them to securely log in and then leave the chat -- so I end up in an endless loop of getting codes that aren't read in time. When I went into the store, I was told that they couldn't hand this and to call the fraud line or -- even better -- to report Xfinity to my credit card for fraud. This is endless and horrific. I just want the refund processed so I can never again be stupid enough to be one of your customers.
