Refund for returned xpod
It has been almost 2 month since I returned my xpod and I still have no refund. I have contact xfinity now 4 times and each time I am told the refund will be issued with 48 hours and I still have nothing. My wife works for a law firm and I will be pursuing action against xfinity for theft unless this is ACTUALLY taken care of very soon. This is ridiculous. I have a tracking number and proof my xpod was returned and signed for in NJ by xfinity on the 4th of December over 2 weeks before my return window closed.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
