Refund for outages

Hello,

 I was out of internet service on and off on the 28th and ALL DAY on the 29th of this month. I just called your Xfinity representative and she said all she could credit my account was $5. 
It’s sad that we as customers are already over charged, and only be credited for $5 for loss of service for a full day is ridiculous. I pay $165 just for internet and a landline. I was without BOTH services for a full day and on and off the day before and all I get is a credit of $5. I need to be credited at least $25.

Good morning. I completely understand your frustration and I appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us via social media. This isn't the type of service experience we want for any of our customers, and I'll do whatever I can to help get the issue resolved once and for all. I would be more than happy to help with your internet troubles. I depend on the internet to do my job and my kids depend on staying connected for their education, so I understand the importance of a consistent connection.
