Refund for outages

Now experiencing the second complete service outage (TV & Internet) in my area within this month (UT 84074).  This is unacceptable service in my view.  It is difficult at best to find the method of requesting refund for outages; I sincerely hope this is the correct method.  Thank you.

You might be able to use https://www.xfinity.com/support/account-management/credits/outage/details.

My experience on outage refunds in the past is that it's determined by how long you are without service. When you click on the link provided in the Bruce W. below, it asks when you lost it and when it came back on. I can't remember the formula for refunds, but it's all determined by length of time.
