Refund for Mobile

Hi,

I had returned the IWatch and iPhone 17 as I didn't know it needed to be signed for.  And I am not there.  I need refunds for both and still I am being billed.  Thank you.  I tried calling the Exec but can't leave a message as vm is full.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
