Refund for Internet Outage
My internet service has been down for more than 7 full days of this month. To be expected to oay full price for a service that does not work is wrong. How can I apply for a rebate for the days that I was literally incapable of using the service that I pay for?

Hello, @user_xvvnnv. Thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums for support you have contacted the right place for assistance in regard to getting a credit for time when service wasn't working. We want you to only pay for service you're able to utilize, and I can help get this corrected.
Since I will need to gather some information to locate your account that we don't want in our public conversation, please send a direct message at your convenience.
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
