Refund Card is Expired and need a replacement.
Hello Xfinity Support Team,
I am writing to request assistance with reissuing my Xfinity refund card, which has unfortunately expired.
When I attempted to request a replacement through the refund card portal (xfinityrefunds.com), I received a message stating that a replacement cannot be issued because the card is already expired. Since the automated option is unavailable, I am reaching out directly for your support.
The refund balance on the card has not been used, and I would appreciate it if you could please help me by issuing a replacement refund card or advising on an alternative way to receive the refund.
Please let me know if you need any additional details from me, such as the refund card number, account number, or proof of identity, and I will be happy to provide them.

To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat.
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
