Refund at store?
I am owed money by Xfinity. I quit all services and have no card or bank account on file. A rep on a chat told me I could just drive to a retail store and they'd cut me a check. Is this true? BTW, that chat was crazy, the rep I chatted with made no sense at all and could barely communicate, I've also been holding on a facebook linked chat for over 30 minutes, with no indication that anyone will EVER answer, much less know any more than that rep did...I'm hoping I can get an answer here from an XF person with English language skills and knowledge, because I don't want to drive 40 miles to the XF store, only to be told they don't do that. I'll keep that chat link open all night, while I watch HULU...but I'm making a side bet that NO ONE WILL EVER respond there, as they never have in the past. It's broken and I'm frustrated. And more than a little angry at the horrible customer support, which is why I quit XF completely in the first place. Oh, and I was promised a phone call, that was over an HOUR ago...lol....they said 15 minutes.
