Referral program

Page1173, hello there and thanks for reaching out. I apologize about your experience. Yes, many customers do not know about the referral program and it is exciting to find out who does. I used to preach this all the time working in the stores to my good ol' customers. The referral reward isn't something offered, it is more of a process. Some may look at is as lengthy, but it it does require some in depth detail. I know working in the store I used to make sure that customers who wanted to refer needed to have the registry done, the referral cannot have been a customer within the past 6 months, and their accounts must be in good standings.
