Referral Program...

My brother-in-law signed up for the Comcast service in our area. He gave my name as the person that referred him to Comcast .  Where do I see this "finder's fee" in my Comcast bill?..and how much is it? This forum lookup is not working for me.

Have you looked at Xfinity® Refer-A-Friend Program by Comcast to see if what your brother-in-law signed up for qualifies for the referral benefit?  Is this actually what you're referring to?

I have. I also managed to chat with a nice person (unknown gender) named Gurpreet. After giving him all of my data, he told me what I needed to know: the referred-by customer must be a Comcast customer for 90 days. After the 90th day, the referred person (me) will receive a $50 gift card in the USPS mail. Done, done, and done. It does seem that Comcast, by hiding this referral program information, or at the very least, making it difficult to locate, is, in their own corporation-wise way, hoping that, difficulty notwithstanding, out-sight-out-of-mind will take over and the referral request will go no further thereby allowing Comcast to "keep" the referral money. Unfortunately for Comcast, I am a retired and formally trained computer scientist and have nothing better to do with my time.

Again, you win the cigar.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year (as best as you are able given the current pandemic situation),
