Refer a friend to XFinity

Hi,

My friend is trying to refer me to XFinity using https://referafriend.xfinity.com/ 

But the sign in always go to an "Authentication failed" page. He can login to his account and access everything else. Could you please advise?

Sorry for the inconvenience. Are you able to see this message on the site, "Xfinity Refer-a-Friend Program has ended but stay tuned for a new & improved version coming in 2025!" You may need to clear your cookies and cache to refresh the page.

@XfinityThomasC​  Thank you for responding. I am not able to see it. But helpful to know that the program is currently suspended. Could I expect it to be ready in a month or so?

The information we have does not show a specific date as yet u/jcb871. That program only shows as being reinstated soon on our end. 

I am an Official Xfinity Employee.
