Ref Code 3007

My cable box says my account needs attention with this reference code, but the phone and Xfinity Assistant don't seem to have any kind of reference to this code. My account is on autopay, so I don't know what the problem is here or who I can speak with to resolve.

My internet works fine, but the TV doesn't.
