@user_ylir01 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums! Have you tried any troubleshooting steps yet, such as troubleshooting via the Xfinity app to send some refresh signals to the box? Or have you tried unplugging the equipment and plugging it back in? Are you experiencing issues with any other channels?
