Reducing bill
Hello! I'm an existing Xfinity customer, and I'd like assistance lowering my monthly bill.
First, I'd like to cancel my AMC+ subscription through StreamStore, which costs $10.99 per month. I no longer use this service.
I'm also currently paying $110 per month for 1 Gig internet. I have Xfinity Mobile as well, and I'd like to know if there are any existing-customer promotions or loyalty discounts available.
I've seen lower advertised prices for 1 Gig internet and would like to explore getting my internet closer to $70 per month.
Please confirm that canceling AMC+ or changing my internet plan will not affect my Xfinity Mobile discounts, unlimited internet data, or included equipment.

On a Desktop:
Make sure you’re logged into the forums.
Click the Direct Message icon in the top-right corner of the page.
Click the New Conversation icon to start a message.
Note: If the New Conversation icon is disabled, go to Profile Settings, uncheck “Opt Out from Direct Messaging,” and click Save.
In the “To:” field, type “Xfinity Support” and select the Xfinity Support handle with the blue checkmark to send your message.
On a Mobile Device:
Make sure you’re logged into the forums.
Tap the New Conversation icon.
In the “To:” field, type “Xfinity Support” and tap the Xfinity Support handle with the blue checkmark to send your message.
How to: Direct messaging within the forum
For the benefit of others who may have the same question, you can also manage eligible subscriptions through your Xfinity remote right on your tv, the Xfinity app, or online account.
From your Xfinity X1 or Flex/Xumo TV Box:
Press the Xfinity button on your voice remote.
Open Settings or navigate to Apps & Subscriptions / Manage Channels.
Find AMC+ or the add-on subscription you’d like to manage.
Choose Unsubscribe or Remove and follow the prompts on your screen.
From the Xfinity App or Online:
Sign in with your Xfinity ID and password.
Go to Billing or My Account and look for the option to manage your subscriptions or channels.
Select AMC+ from your active subscriptions.
Choose the available option to remove or unsubscribe, review the change, and submit it.
