redeeming free xfi pod

I recently received an email claiming my home evaluation was complete and that I am eligible for a free Xfi Pod based on this evaluation. Sounds great! I click the link hoping this will fix my dead spots in my home. I log in, fill in my address and it then apologizes with no other information about why I am being denied the offer I was just sent. Awesome. I pay extra each month for Xfi Complete and am not eligilbe. How do I redeem my Xfi Pod. The phone number was zero help with all the automation.

DPetree Thank you so much for letting us know about the trouble you are running into with your Xfi pod offer. If you received the email you are eligible however you do need to make sure you are logged in using the Primary Xfinity ID when trying to redeem the offer. Also, if you have any pending orders that require access to the inside of your home on the account like an installation, or if we detected an issue during a visit nearby. Those would need to be resolved before you can claim your offer. You can check with the Xfinity assistant to see if there are any of those impacting your request before making sure you are using the primary ID to try again. There should also be a new tile when you access your Xfinity app with the same offer.

I am in the same situation with the email offer, but there is no tile in my Xfinity app or other open orders.
