Redeeming free Peacock Premium

Hi, I'm a Diamond member but do not see free Peacock Premium as an option in my list of rewards options. The Xfinity Assistant said it's because I don’t have Xfinity internet, but I don't see anywhere where it says that's required. It seems like free Peacock Premium is available for *all* Diamond members...?

Thanks for reaching out to us if you're a diamond member and you don't see the Peacock banner in the Xfinity rewards,  try going to https://customer.xfinity.com/activate-peacock to activate your subscription with your Comcast user ID and password

It says, "We’re sorry, your account isn’t eligible for this Peacock offer"

I am having the exact same problem with the same error messages. I currently have Xfinity Internet. I'm not sure why I am getting this error message and do not see any suggestions in the responses on how to fix this problem.

I'm having the same problem. The new Xfinity Membership Experience, that replaces the old Xfinity rewards, does not show that Xfinity internet is required to obtain free Peacock as a Diamond member. I have called and spoken to several Xfinity employees on the phone but, when a ticket is generated to get Peacock for me, I am denied that because I don't have Xfinity internet. I even visited an Xfinity store and showed them the email and ad I had gotten and manager denied me Peacock because I don't have internet with Xfinity. She said it's bad marketing and the CEO's fault but nothing she can do. Please clarify this for us.
