Redeemed movie not showing up

I redeemed The Lord of the Rings on Thursday and it's not showing up. It shows it under redeemed rewards.

Hello user_g9hdao, thank you for taking the time to reach out here in our Xfinity Community forum. We're happy you're here, and happy to assist. I understand how aggravating it can be to not see your movie when you claimed it (not to mention, it is a great movie). How are you trying to find the movie after you redeemed it (TV box, using a PC, or streaming device)?

Hello, I first went to Movies Anywhere, which is where I typically go to find movies I've redeemed. Then I went to the Xfinity stream app, next I went to my purchases on Amazon. It wasn't showing in any of those services. All my other redeemed movies are visible in those three services.

Thank you for that information. Did you also check the Xfinity stream store?
