Redeem Virtual Card

I received an email with the title "Your Virtual Prepaid Card is Ready!" came from yourcard@xfinityincentivetracker.com

Can someone help me check if the email is legit and I have a card to redeem or not?

To access your account, will you please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
