Redeem Virtual Card Link Not Working

Received email today from Xfinity advising that my Virtual Prepaid Mastercard had arrived and provided a Reward Code and link to activate it. When I clicked on the link, " https://xfinity.myprepaidcenter.com/redeem?ecode=************"  I received an error message that read, "SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG". The entire page was as follows: "

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to xfinity.myprepaidcenter.com. SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.

Error code: SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG

  • The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
  • Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

I tried different computers, my cell phone, different browsers and everything else I could think of, but still cannot get to the website.

Can you assist me?

Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
