Redeem rewards!

Hello, I have been a member since 2008 and I'm trying to redeem some rewards that I have got from being a diamond member universal studio tickets. I need to talk to somebody to help me do it. I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to computer stuff and I can't figure it out. I'd like to talk to a person if possible
