Redeem free Wifi Extender Pod still not working
Hello,
I received an email from Xfinity saying that the previous email they sent had a bad link but now that is fixed. However, when clicking on the link and going through the initial couple of questions, I get this (pasted below)

Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Include your name and address so I can find the account and get started on a resolution.
