Redeem a free year of Perplexity Pro through Xfinity Rewards

Redeem a free year of Perplexity Pro through Xfinity Rewards   is available until August 2025, however I dont see a reward code under my Xfinity rewards

https://www.perplexity.ai/hub/blog/redeem-a-free-year-of-perplexity-pro-through-xfinity-rewards has announced that with  Xfinity reward code this can be redeemed until August 2025

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it

To address the issue of not seeing a reward code for the free year of Perplexity Pro through Xfinity Rewards, first verify if you have redeemed the reward by checking the **My Activity** section in the Xfinity app or on the Xfinity Rewards website. Remember, digital codes may not be visible if they have expired or supplies are exhausted.

@user_4bg3ak After further review, all codes had to be claimed by 1/31/25 and can be used up until 8/28/25. If you did not receive the claim code by 1/31/25, then you would not be eligible to use this reward.

ok, fair enough. I just joined the rewards program yesterday. 

I didn't realize I had to sign up for the rewards program...being an Xfinity customer for so many years, I just assumed it was an automatic thing.
