reddit - Comcast_Xfinity

Is xfinity reddit sub legit? I posted a question on the Comcast_Xfinity about wanting to talk to a live representative. A Community Specialist said to send a Modmessage with my name and address. I want to confirm if the sub is operated by xfinity and it's safe to provide my personal information on there.
