Recovering texts

I need help being able to recover some text messages between me and my dead mother I was hopeful but now getting a little discourage cuz keep getting the reach around I want to know if it's possible my phone provider told me to call u guys I only have internet threw u guys which what we used to talk and I have checked youtube media as well for help and nothing
