Recovering emails that I deleted that are over 60-90 days old.

How do I/can I recover emails that went to trash that are 60-90 days old? Apparently, I was sent some tickets that I had ordered and the transfer was made via a different party (the seller). I'm sure I thought it was spam when it came through.

Thank you. unfortunately, I've tried that already and it cuts off at 5/18. I was just looking to see if there was any other way. Thanks.

@Itclaws Oh, I see, and I do apologize, it looks like anything after 30 days for recovery of a deleted email becomes permanently unavailable to us.

I no longer work for Comcast.

Hello @Itclaws thank you reaching out to our Forums Community regarding recovering deleted emails, usually, there is a 30-day allotted time to recover deleted emails before they become permanently unavailable.

You can definitely try these steps now and for the future listed below:

Recovering Deleted Email

  1. Go to https://comca.st/3aPaalC and log in with your email address and password.
  2. Go to the mailbox by clicking on the Email tab.
  3. Right-click on the Trash folder or click on the More Actions icon (three lines) next to the trash folder, then select Recover Deleted Items.
  4. Select the messages to be restored, then click Move Selected Items.
  5. Select the appropriate destination folder and click OK or Move.
  6. You can select multiple messages by clicking the first email in your list, holding Shift and then clicking the last email in your list.
