Several attempts to enter purchase pin. Can not rent movies

Hello @user_86587f You should be able to manage and change the purchase pin online. Instructions to do this can be found here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-manage-tv-settings-online
Meant can NOT turn off or change purchase pin without entering the old one first.
