Reconnect/repair attic cable

We suspended service when we lost the use of our home due to Hurricane Ian and a subsequent fire 2 days later. I am now back in the home and ready to restart my service, but the line from the outside Comcast box to the attic was cut during the fire and reconstruction. How do I proceed from here?
