Reconnecting my WiFi now pass with my network and internet

I have been trying to reconnect my Xfinity WiFi Now Pass for 4 days after renewal. I have it as a saved network but I get 2 error messages: IP CONFIGURATION FAILURE OR THE NETWORK CANT FIND XFINITY WIFI. It not connecting to my iPhone either. The chat system is a big failure and hasn’t helped me. Please help!
