Reckless, driving. Bad customer service over phone
I called the customer service line to file a complain about a reckless driver who was driving and Vancouver, Washington at 8:45 A.M. truck number 2337 or number 620 and I let the customer service person know that this guy was texting and driving and that he needed to be retrained. But they gave me a number to call 1-800-525-5555 I called the number and it didn’t work. I don’t know what’s going on the Xfinity Comcast but you guys need to get it together

Thank you so much for reaching out to us here and for bringing this to our attention @user_q7ugcf. Sorry to hear about your experience on the phone and that you were given a number that did not work when trying to report something so serious, you've reached the right place! Safety is our absolute highest priority at Xfinity, and we take reports of reckless driving incredibly seriously.
To ensure this is fully escalated, we will need a few additional details. Please send us a direct message with your full name, email address, and a brief description of the driving concern including exactly where it took place.
