Recent Internet outage troubleshooting

I had an internet outage earlier this morning however, I am not sure if it was due to xfinity services or my personal equipment (I currently use a Ubiquiti UCI modem). I would like to pinpoint the cause.

I am looking for the outage history for my address.

Thanks

Thanks for connecting with us here in our community, @user_x2x5ib, about the trouble with the service interruption today. Did you get an alert from your Xfinity app or by text? This happens in my area when there is an issue. You can also check: https://www.xfinity.com/support/statusmap.

Depending on your notifications, you may have received an email instead. This is helpful: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-xfi-notification-center

How is your service doing now?

I believe I was signed out of the app, so I did not get a notification. I have not received any notifications in my email.

My service returned and has been stable for a few hours. The map does not show any current outages.

Can I DM an agent my account details to check my history?
