Received XB8, should it have been XB10?
I am moving to a new house. At this address, I was advertised, and purchased, 2 Gbps symmetrical service. Xfinity Assistant says that “Your level of service is XI - NextGen MGig FDX including download speeds up to 2000 Mbps and upload speeds up to 2000 Mbps.”
However, I only received an XB8 and not an XB10 for FDX and Docsis 4.0. Should I have received an XB10? Or is it possible I live in a mid-split area even though I was advertised 2gbps symmetrical and my plan says FDX?

Good Morning, @user_2211xr! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums! I know how important it is to get the equipment as intended with the speed you have. The XB10 is based availability with the warehouse, and I would be more than happy to look into the account with you to explore options. Can you please send us a DM to get started?

Thanks so much for your time. We are delighted that we could help get the modem issue by advising that you pick one up at your nearest store, and that you were able to pick one up, and that everything is now good. Please be sure to reach out to us for any future needs by creating a new public text submission without your account information. Have a great day. 😀

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
