Received letter "we sent you new equipment" weeks ago, but no new equipment
Hi,
Received a letter "we sent you new equipment" weeks ago (no tracking number), but no such equipment has arrived. No tracking number was given.
What equipment is being sent, a new cable box? A new cable modem?
Is this about a cable modem, but mailed without checking whether the customers own their modems? We own a NetGear AC1900 C7000v2.
The British had a phrase, "quite too much and too little." The letter raises an expectation of new equipment without saying which equipment or giving a tracking number.

"Search for Xfinity Support" is not good advice, as the only "search" that appears on the initial peer-to-peer screen won't find "Xfinity Support" unless the user has already sent a message to them or received one from them.
