Received email yourcard@xfinityincentivetracker.com is it legit?

I received an email stating I get a virtual $180 gift card (see below) and says If you have any questions, please call [Edited: "Invalid Phone Number"]. But I can't figure out if this is a legit XFINITY phone number or a scamp. Does anyone know how I can find out if this is legit. The email address of the sender is [Edited: "Invalid Email"] The email starts like this:

We've got great news!

We’re happy to share that your Virtual Prepaid Mastercard has arrived. We’re grateful for your service, and this Virtual Prepaid Mastercard is one way we’re saying thank you.

Howdy user_o91ifh

Do you know if you are by chance enrolled in Xfinity Rewards? That is our program that provides service rewards. Also, I was curious if you had recently setup service within the last 120 days?

HI, yes I am enrolled in Xfinity Rewards . I think I setup service around last December, maybe January. So a bit longer than 120 days, more like 6 months ago.

Thanks,

Did you ever get a solution to this? Received the same message (probably the same day)

Yes. I did the DM like the Xfinity guy said and they confirmed it was valid. It is some kind of reward for service. You can follow the same DM instructions if you want, I suppose.

User5647 Yes, we did verify this offer is valid. If you go to the Xfinity Reward Tracking page at https://www.xfinityincentivetracker.com/, and enter your account number you should see a Military Appreciation Offer Prepaid Card incentive.

When can I expect my ecard. Tracker said my qualification date was July 27th. Yet haven't heard from Xfinity, can't seem to get a decisive answer. I know I will receive an email, but when?

@user_l66ded Your prepaid card will be processed in approximately 12 weeks (90 days) from the date of your completed Xfinity installation/activation. Once processed, it may take an additional two to four weeks for your card to be emailed. You can expect to receive the prepaid card within 14-16 weeks from your installation date. Do you know if you meet these requirements? What does your incentive tracker say when you check the status of your prepaid card?
