Received cancellation request email
Hello,
I received and email regarding a cancellation request made on my account that I did not actually make. I assume that it was because I will be moving and someone else was going to be starting an account at my address. However, I will not be moving until 8/12. The request is set to go through on 8/7. Is there any way to change the date to 8/12 so that I can have internet access until I move out?

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
