Received cancellation request email, which I've never made
I received an email today saying that I requested a cancellation request for my wifi service, which I did not make. I think this is because my landlord and I both have separate Xfinity services for the same street address.
Can I get help getting this resolved so that my landlord and I can both get separate Xfinity services to the same address?
