Received cancellation request email out of nowhere
Hello, on February 6th 2025 I received an email from Xfinity with the subject "Your Xfinity services will be disconnected soon". I have never made such a request, could you please investigate what's going on and revoke said cancellation request if it exists. Thank you.

pcjosp feel free to send us a direct message, so we can double-check your account for the disconnection. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.
