Received a package from Xfinity addressed to my home but with someone else's name on it

Last week I received an email about a cancelation request that I did not make. I logged into my account to confirm, and it appeared to be the case. Luckily, I was able to get this resolved through virtual chat. Today, I received a package in the mail from xfinity with someone else's name. I'm assuming this person tried setting up an account and entered the wrong address (I live in an apartment complex) and this triggered the cancelation of my account. What's the best way to return this package, and does this person have any idea they've put in the wrong address? I wouldn't want this to keep happening.

Hello, and thank you for reaching out user_x09203! I know I'd be reaching out if that happened to me, too. The link shared below has all the detailed info and options on how you're able to return equipment. So you're aware, the only way an account can be proactively disconnected is if another customer provides proof of residency paperwork to an Xfinity service center.
