Received a call saying my discount will be discontinued

I currently pay $14.95 per month for Xfinity internet because I am unemployed.

My employment status hasn't changed.

My equipment hasn't changed.

My internet speed hasn't changed.

Can you tell me why I'm losing the discount?

Thank you :-)

What did the caller say? If it was "We are contacting you about your 50% discount offer on your monthly bill which is set to expire today", the caller was not Comcast/Xfinity, it was a scammer. See https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/customer-service/6785304bec3cb6282636396d for a description of what happens if you fall for that scam.
