Receipt for new plan Prime TV as promised
On January 3rd, OMAR, ID 29327, assisted a new plan to myself. At the end of the call, Omar PROMISED a receipt of the NEW BILL PLAN, would be emailed to my personal email @ [Edited: "Personal Information"] withing 2 hours. It's been a week??? I want the NEW PLAN SENT TO MY PERSONAL EMAIL AS PROMISED. Also, OMAR stated the NEW PLAN includes 1 tear free Prime TV, that I have also attempted to no avail??? I want either an access code, or whatever is needed for the YEAR FREE OF PRIME TV, AS PROMISED AMD A RECEIPT OF MY NEW PLAN, SENT TO MY PERSONAL EMAIL.
